Wartezeiten beim Stadthaus vermeiden / Avoid waiting times at the City Hall

Das Stadthaus ist ab Montag, 11. Mai, wieder geöffnet. Bitte beachten Sie Folgendes:

1. Erledigen Sie wenn möglich ihr Anliegen online auf www.schulekloten.ch oder www.kloten.ch
2. Melden Sie sich sonst per E-Mail oder Telefon.
3. Wenn Sie im Stadthaus vorbeikommen müssen, machen Sie vorher einen Termin ab.
4. Bitte kommen Sie nur im Notfall ohne Termin ins Stadthaus.

Damit helfen Sie, dass sich der Coronavirus nicht weiter verbreitet.

Zum Schutz der Bevölkerung und der Mitarbeitenden werden jeweils nur 20 Personen gleichzeitig ins Stadthaus gelassen. Deshalb ist mit Wartezeiten zu rechnen. Halten Sie sich bitte an die Anweisungen des Personals. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis.

 

Avoid waiting times at the City Hall

The City House will be open again from Monday, 11 May. Please be aware of the following:

1. If possible, deal with your request online at www.schulekloten.ch or www.kloten.ch
2. Otherwise contact us by e-mail or telephone.
3. If you need to pass by the City Hall, make an appointment before.
4. Please come to the City Hall without an appointment only in an emergency.

This way you help to prevent the corona virus from spreading further.

To protect the population and employees, only 20 people are allowed into the City Hall at the same time. Waiting times must therefore be expected. Please follow the instructions of the staff. Thank you for your understanding.
